Fabrique Delices oven-baked Pates and Mousses are made the artisanal means in response to genuine French recipes. They don’t include any synthetic flavorings, coloring brokers or MSG. This totally cooked all-natural mousse is comprised of creamy rooster livers, truffle and porcini mushrooms marinated in Sherry wine, then topped with aspic. It makes a pleasing appetizer and pairs nicely with a conventional French baguette and a Merlot, Gewurztraminer or Madeira wine. Is available in two terrines of 7oz every.
